What we collect

• Basic usage data (server logs): IP address, user-agent, timestamps, pages viewed.
• Conversion events: when you click our Instagram CTA or start the video, we may record an event (type and timestamp). We do not collect your name on this page.
• Advertising/Analytics: if Google Ads/Analytics tags are enabled, cookies or similar tech may measure performance and conversions.
• Instagram DMs: if you message us on Instagram, we process the information you share within Instagram.

How we use data

• Operate and secure the site; measure conversions and campaign performance; reply to your messages.
• Legal bases (GDPR): legitimate interests (site security/measurement), and consent where required for advertising cookies.

Sharing

We may use service providers (hosting/CDN such as Vercel; advertising/analytics such as Google). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Server logs ~90 days; conversion events up to 12 months; Instagram DMs as long as needed to provide our services.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing. Contact contact@soarmodels.com. For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access/deletion and opt-out of sale/sharing; we do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country. We rely on agreements such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards but no system is 100% secure.
